Brand New Pro V1: new balls fresh from the box with custom print.
Almost New / Best Value: 4A Grade Pro V1 or Pro V1x balls. These may have minor cosmetic blemishes, player pen marks, or existing logos, but Sunday9 says there are no cuts or damage that would affect performance such as distance or trajectory.

Almost New balls are suitable for golfers who want premium-ball performance at a lower price and are comfortable with minor cosmetic variation.
