Standard Returns
We want to make sure you're happy with your order.
For all other orders, Sunday9 accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Undamaged
-
Returned in the original packaging
All returns go through a quality inspection before being approved.
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
You may be held responsible for any loss in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Exchanges
To start a return, please complete our Online Return Form with: Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Type of Return: Exchange
If the item you want is in stock, you may exchange your product for:

Another variant of the same item, or
-
Any product of equal or greater value
We cannot exchange for items of lower value.
After you submit your exchange request:

We will email you instructions how to return the order.

Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will contact you to confirm the exchange item and arrange payment if there is a price difference.

The replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment (if applicable) is received.
Refunds

After reviewing your request:

We will email you instructions how to return the order.

Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:

Customer is responsible of sending the item back as per the instructions.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used on Sunday9.
