What products does Sunday9 sell?

We specialise in new and genuine, recycled premium golf balls. Mostly Titleist Pro V1. Professionally cleaned and custom-printed with your chosen design.

Are the balls real Pro V1s?

Yes. Every new and used ball we sell is 100% authentic, reclaimed from trusted suppliers, carefully inspected, and quality-checked.

Can I add my own custom design or logo?

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Larger custom orders may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

How long is delivery?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do I need to pay any duties or taxes?

No. All taxes and import duties are included in the shipping cost. You won’t be charged extra upon arrival.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Singapore, with international shipping coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days.

All returns go through a quality inspection before being approved.
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.

How do I start a return?

Fill in our Online Return Form with your name, phone, order number, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, if the product is in stock, you can exchange for another variant or a product of equal or greater value.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are continuously working to improve our returns process and may offer more convenient options in the future.

Product Questions

Are recycled balls as good as new ones?

Our recycled balls are premium-grade, meaning they offer excellent performance at a lower price. Most golfers cannot tell the difference in play.

Does the print wear off?

Our printing process is durable and designed to withstand normal play, but like all markings on golf balls, heavy scuffs or cart paths may cause wear.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We provide custom printing for golf events, corporate gifts, and team orders. Contact us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure?
